Call for Volunteers: Goals of Care Coalition Equity in Serious Illness Program

Hi All,

The Goals of Care Coalition of New Jersey (GOCCNJ)  is recruiting volunteers to become Ambassadors for the GOCC Equity in Serious Illness Program.

The application is open to nurses, social workers, care managers, community health worker, leader of a community based organization.

Volunteers will need to: 

• *Lead 4 community education events
• * Share information about palliative care and the new Medicaid benefit
• * Help patients and families living with serious illness access extra support services. 

The application is open until March 15th. Please see the attached flyer if interested.
