Thank You to All That Attended the NJ Sharing Network 5K Walk

This past Sunday, the New Jersey Palliative Care APN Consortium proudly participated in the NJ Sharing Network 5K Walk. It was a beautiful day to honor and remember those who gave the gift of life and celebrate those who have received a second chance. Coming together as a team to support such a meaningful cause was both inspiring and rewarding.

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this event. This day brings so many people together for a day of joy and celebration. Get ready to walk next year! We are hoping to do the walk in Ocean for 2026.
