Saturday, October 19th, 2024 is the date for the annual conference co-hosted by the New Jersey Palliative Care APN Consortium and the Upstate New Jersey Chapter of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS), held at the Hasbrouck Heights Hilton Hotel.
This year's theme is: Collaborative Care Conference: Connecting the Oncology Continuum & Palliative Care.
