Hello New Jersey Palliative Care APN Consortium,

 

Please consider spreading the word about this interdisciplinary, CE opportunity to your members.

 

The Coleman Palliative Medicine Training Program is excited to announce that registration is open for the Professional Development in Communication and Supportive Care course, a 6-month interdisciplinary palliative care training program addressing  Supportive Care Across the Lifespan.

The PDCSC Features:

  • New sessions on vulnerable patient populations, pediatrics and geriatrics
  • In-person Communication Skills Conference:  9/29/2023  -- OR – Attend virtually on 9/30/2023
  • Half-day communication skills workshop with simulated patients: Virtual on 11/17/2023
  • Seminars for social workers, psychologists and chaplains
  • Expert instructors!  

 

Scholarships are available for providers who work at safety net sites, FQHCs and rural sites without access to palliative care.

 

Spaces are limited.
