NASW-NJ and GOCCNJ present the Advance Care Planning Certificate Program

October 18th; 9 am – 1 pm

Self-study and live, virtual training

GOCCNJ in partnership with NASW-NJ have developed a certificate program for Social Workers who may be new to advance care planning conversations and for seasoned professionals who would like a deeper understanding of the issues. This is the only certificate ACP course in NJ! The three-part program includes:  2 CEU hours of pre-foundational reading; 4 CEU hours On-Demand videos and culminates in 4 CEU hours of live instruction for a total of 10 program hours.
