The New Jersey Department of Health has made the allocation of critical resources during a national crisis policy available. The Attorney General also provided additional guidance regarding criminal liability not covered under Executive Order No. 112. Attached are both documents for your reference.

Interested to know if any of us have been involved in triage teams, planning for resource allocation, etc?

I am involved in triage teams and reviewing the state recommendations. I wish there was more guidance from the state. The policy still leaves too much for interpretation.
