Join us for the first-ever New Jersey Palliative Care APN Consortium Team Walk on Sunday, June 8th! This special event is a chance to come together as a community, raise awareness, and show support for patients and families who faced challenging situations. The brief meeting will be held in lieu of the regular quarterly meeting at the walk.
