5th Annual New Jersey Palliative Care APN Conference: Innovations in Palliative Care

The conference will focus on the diverse needs of persons dealing with a serious or chronic illness. Hear from Constance Dahlin, MSN, ANP-BC, ACHPN, FPCN, FAAN, who will discuss the past, present, and future of palliative care.

The conference can be attended in-person (pending covid-19 or other natural circumstance) or virtually via Zoom. 

PARKING:

Parking is complimentary and available via the Main Entrance. You will enter through the front lobby and check-in at the front desk to obtain a visitor badge.

It also reserves the right to covert to a completely virtual format or cancel the activity if necessary. If the activity is cancelled, liability is limited to the registration fee.

It is our responsibility to hold safe events and follow, local, national, and Valley Health System policies. To ensure we can do this safely and to protect our patients, visitors and staff, visitors must abide by the following guidelines:

The Valley Hospital currently  requires visitors and vendors to present proof of COVID-19 vaccination including booster.

For visitors who have returned from international travel, proof of a negative COVID-19 test result is required on day 5 post-travel.

All who enter the facility will be temperature and symptom screened upon entry and will be required to obtain a visitor pass.

All visitors are required to wear a surgical mask (no cloth masks, gators, or masks with valves allowed) and practice social distancing while at The Valley Hospital.

All visitors must always keep their masks on. Visitors who are observed not complying will be asked to leave the hospital, and their visitation privileges will be revoked.

Cancellation/Refund

Email requests will be honored up to four business days before the conference. If you need to cancel your registration, please email us at njpcapnc@gmail.com with your request.
